D.S.P. Web Design will not design any websites that contains porn, solicits any illegal activity, or anything that may discriminate against age, race, creed, religion, gender, or sexual origin. D.S.P. Web Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for the previously stated issues.

D.S.P. Web Design will not be held liable for any typos or misrepresentations that were submitted by the client. Most sites will be completed and ready for release within five to seven (5-7) business days depending on complexity. Basic design will be based on client supplying their own material.

The yearly eighty dollar ($80.00) fee is required to register your domain name and pay for one year of hosting on a server. Hosting services will be provided through an established hosting company, thus making this a non-negotiable fee. This fee will be required upon signing the service agreement with D.S.P. Web Design. The remainder of the balance will be required before said site will be released. Any balance on additional pages, updates, or graphics will have to be paid in full before release. Payments are processed via PayPal. Monthly service packages are available.

D.S.P. Web Design does not guarantee the client’s website success on the internet. If client chooses to cancel services at any time they must give 30 days notice by mail or e-mail. Upon cancellation, any unpaid or outstanding debt must be paid.
